Sistema automatizado del control interno en las áreas administrativas del Instituto Superior Minero Metalurgico de Moa ISMMM

Abstract

Con el paso de la historia los problemas de Control Interno, han centrado la preocupación de la gerencia moderna, así como de los profesionales responsables de implementar nuevas formas de mejorar y perfeccionar dichos controles. En Cuba a pesar de que se ha avanzado en el conocimiento de la Resolución 297/2003 del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios (MFP), en las áreas administrativas de una entidad así como en la entidad, son escasos los sistemas de información para la gestión de la información referente al control interno. Es por eso que la línea central de esta investigación y principal resultado de la misma es la elaboración de un sistema capaz de unificar los esfuerzos y centralizar la información en primer lugar para que proporcione una herramienta de búsqueda avanzada y personalizada; de esta forma con el paso del tiempo y con la ayuda de todos se podrá ubicar cualquier tipo de información con un mínimo de esfuerzo lo cual en gran medida favorecerá al control de los procesos para una mejor gestión y calidad de los mismos.
