Análisis del flujo de carga en el almacén municipal de la empresa Estatal Socialista de Comercio y Gastronomía Sagua

Abstract

El presente trabajo fue realizado en el almacén municipal de la Empresa Estatal Socialista (EES) de Comercio y Gastronomía Sagua, representando una de las empresas de comercio y gastronomía de la provincia de Villa Clara, que es capaz de satisfacer las demandas y necesidades fundamentales de la población, con diferentes modalidades, acorde al desarrollo social y económico del país. El principal objetivo de la investigación es analizar el flujo de carga del almacén municipal de la EES de Comercio y Gastronomía Sagua erradicando los principales problemas que afectan el funcionamiento actual del mismo. Como soporte a la realización de esta investigación se realizó un estudio bibliográfico actualizado y búsquedas en Internet sobre los diferentes temas abordados. Se emplearon técnicas como: entrevistas a personal y profesionales de la entidad, observación directa y trabajo en grupo entre otros. Con la aplicación detallada del procedimiento se obtuvo la posibilidad de disminuir los gastos por concepto de operaciones durante el almacenamiento y mejorar la integración y coordinación del sistema logístico con el nuevo flujo de carga del almacén.
