Abstract

La buena administración o gestión de los recursos materiales se ha convertido en un tema de mucho interés para el logro de un desempeño eficaz y eficiente de las organizaciones, sin embargo no es una tarea fácil, ya que este proceso abarca muchas y diversas actividades. De ahí que el desconocimiento de las formas o vías para llevar a cabo la dirección del sistema logístico y en particular de la gestión de aprovisionamiento constituye el factor más importante en el deficiente funcionamiento del mismo en las instalaciones hoteleras, por lo que el objetivo de la investigación es presentar un procedimiento que sirva a los hoteles para perfeccionar su gestión de aprovisionamiento y mostrar un ejemplo de aplicación práctica.
