Abstract

El desarrollo del comercio exterior en México, se ha planteado como una alternativa para el desarrollo de opciones productivas y encadenamientos que hasta el 2011. No obstante, las oportunidades del comercio de este país, ante el mundo, no han logrado generar mayores oportunidades para el desarrollo de mejores condiciones de vida de los pobres. De esta forma, que generar mejores actividades para los mexicanos se ha convertido en una utopía para aquellos socialmente vulnerables, ante los beneficios que virtualmente han sido esperados por el intercambio de productos entre naciones.
