Algunas Consideraciones En Torno A La Toma De Decisiones En Materia De Personal
Abstract
Este trabajo parte de la idea de que las empresas necesitan aprender a tratar al personal que labora en ellas; pero no con ese afán manipulador que pregonan muchas teorías de la administración de recursos humanos; sino comprendiendo dos aspectos: primero, la complejidad que entraña el estudio de la naturaleza humana; y segundo, que si la empresa quiere desarrollar una ventaja competitiva a largo plazo, la participación del personal de la organización es imprescindible. Finalmente, se presentan algunas sugerencias para una adecuada toma de decisiones en materia de personal con el objeto de que contribuyan al desarrollo de las organizaciones.Download Info
