Implementación Del Control Interno En El Sub- Sistema De Inventario En Uso. Unidad Presupuestada Policlínico Docente Camilo Cienfuegos

Abstract

Con el propósito de ejercer el control de estos inventarios, se les ha asignado a los Inventarios en Uso un grupo de Cuentas y Sub.cuentas en el Subsistema de Contabilidad. Estos inventarios forman parte también del Subsistema de Inventarios pues su control se origina a partir de los almacenes de las Entidades donde son preservados hasta que se incorporan a las Áreas de Responsabilidad de la Entidad. Atendiendo a su relación amplia con diversas Áreas de la Entidad: almacén, administración, Áreas de Responsabilidad y Contabilidad se ha entendido conveniente incorporar a los Inventarios en Uso dentro del concepto de Subsistema.Teniendo como objetivo Proponer un plan de acción que permita efectuar con calidad y eficiencia los registros de Control de Inventario en Uso. Podemos decir que la Unidad Policlínico de Yaguajay, presenta dificultades en el Sistema organizativo de los inventarios en uso. El Departamento contable no ejerce el papel protagónico en cuanto al control de estos Materiales según lo establecido en el propio subsistema. Teniendo en cuenta la magnitud de las deficiencias detectadas se propuso un plan de acción en función de las deficiencias encontradas.
