El Patrimonio Material: Uso Y Valoración Económica Del Teatro Tomás Terry De La Ciudad De Cienfuegos

Abstract

En el artículo se abordan los elementos teóricos generales para la interpretación y gestión del Patrimonio Cultural desde la perspectiva sociocultural así como el estado actual de la cuestión, se tiene en cuenta la influencia de esta orientación en Europa, América Latina y Cuba desde sus principales tendencias interpretativas, incluye la valoración de su influencia en el pensamiento del gestor latinoamericano, cubano y cienfueguero, este último tras la declaratoria del Centro Histórico Urbano (CHU) de Cienfuegos como Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad. Incluye los presupuestos conceptuales sobre gestión patrimonial más actual y el estado de la cuestión en el ámbito nacional e internacional, precisando la situación de la localidad de Cienfuegos y su trascendencia en estos planos, su dinamización, formas de implementación y un análisis desde la perspectiva histórico-social de las diferentes modalidades de gestión y su visión lineal. Incluye además las visiones epistemológicas sobre el recurso patrimonial y el papel de la participación pública, de los actores sociales, así como la influencia de los niveles de conocimiento y creatividad en la gestión patrimonial.
