Abstract

El estudio se realizó en la Unidad Básica de Producción Cooperativa (UBPC) "Armando Rodríguez Duran", ubicada en la localidad de Sabana Grande, perteneciente a la Empresa Pecuaria del municipio Majibacoa en la provincia Las Tunas, con el objetivo de analizar la situación económica financiera que presentó la misma al cierre del año 2010, en el que muestra una insuficiente razón de liquidez, un deterioro en el Capital de Trabajo (CT) y en la mayoría de los casos se mantienen con préstamos bancarios, para ello se tuvo en cuenta la información contenida en los Estados Financieros y otras informaciones que permiten una adecuada toma de decisiones por parte de la junta de dirección de la unidad. La realización del trabajo dio la posibilidad de llegar a conclusiones y hacer algunas recomendaciones que puedan contribuir a la solución de los problemas que están afectando su gestión económica.
