Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra un procedimiento para el diseño de un Cuadro de Mando Integral en las entidades del grupo empresarial Cubaníquel. El Cuadro de Mando Integral es una herramienta que facilitará a las entidades del grupo empresarial Cubaníquel la implementación de sus estrategias y la medición de resultados, permitiendo a sus directivos supervisar los objetivos definidos en sus empresas y tomar acciones cuando se produzcan desviaciones.
