Abstract

El objetivo principal de presente documento es plantear la gestión del recurso hídrico en México a partir de dos enfoques fundamentales: 1) los sistemas complejos y 2) la Nueva Cultura del Agua (NCA). Bajo este contexto, el análisis tiene el propósito de mostrar que en este tipo de esquemas se pueden aplicar e identificar diferentes instrumentos de gestión que permitan el uso eficiente del recurso hídrico.
