Abstract

Este artículo aborda una aproximacación desde lo teórico, de un elemento importante en la gestión empresarial: la gestión de recursos humanos y, especificamente la selección e integración como parte integrante de este proceso. Los principales elementos téorico conceptuales asi como la normativa aplicable a Cuba son descritos aquí los cuales pueden constituirse en un referente para estudiantes profesores e investigadores interesados en esta temática.
