Abstract

El empeño por alcanzar el desarrollo ha llevado a que sea estudiado en todos sus aspectos y componentes estructurales desde diferentes. El desarrollo local aparece para intentar dar solución a las problemáticas locales potenciando los recursos endógenos que dispone para mejorar el bienestar de la sociedad. En este proceso es esencial la participación de los habitantes como actores fundamentales del cambio y transformación con la finalidad de dinamizar el sistema para el bien colectivo. Una de las técnicas para la identificación de los problemas y potencialidades de las localidades es la planificación estratégica que permite la elaboración de estrategias dándoles solución a los principales existentes.
