Procedimiento para el análisis de valor de la baldosa Italiana Gris en la empresa de materiales de construcción Las Tunas

Abstract

Esta investigación estuvo dirigida a diseñar un procedimiento para el análisis de valor de la baldosa italiana gris en la Empresa de Materiales de Construcción Las Tunas. Este procedimiento se sustenta en los aportes teóricos realizados por investigadores del tema como Lefcovich 2005, Zarrabeitia, Domínguez Machuca y cols.1995 y la Fundación Cotec. El mismo orienta qué debe hacerse, quienes lo deben hacer y cómo, contemplando diferentes técnicas a fin de garantizar el desarrollo exitoso de cada una de sus fases y etapas. La valoración del procedimiento por los expertos consultados muestra resultados favorables, permitiendo aseverar que su aplicación contribuye a reducir las insuficiencias en la gestión por procesos en la Empresa de Materiales de Construcción Las Tunas.
