La dirección participativa: procedimiento para su desarrollo en la Filial de Ciencias Médicas de Puerto Padre

Abstract

La práctica organizacional en la actualidad, demanda la utilización de métodos y estilos de dirección que se ajusten al contexto socioeconómico actual y a las peculiaridades de cada entidad. La función de dirección tiene una incidencia primordial en los resultados organizacionales, al ser la encargada de guiar a los trabajadores hacia el logro de las metas trazadas. Cada día se acrecienta más la necesidad de involucrar a los trabajadores en la dirección en aras de alcanzar niveles mayores de compromiso, contribución y responsabilidad, de manera tal que se propicie la dirección participativa.
