Proyección urbana de la red de comercio minorista de la ciudad de Cienfuegos

Abstract

El trabajo recorre la relación comercio minorista, marketing urbano y patrimonio cultural, desde el Centro Histórico de Cienfuegos, donde las entidades comerciales se caracterizan por su fuerte componente cultural. Demuestra que la red de comercio minorista del Centro Histórico Urbano de la ciudad de Cienfuegos posee altos valores patrimoniales, que en su gran mayoría mantienen su denominación original, un estado físico-constructivo bueno y armónicamente relacionado con los estilos Eclécticos y Neoclásicos característicos del entorno. Y ofrece acciones estratégicas para la integración de la actividad comercial minorista a la gestión más eficaz de la ciudad a partir de las herramientas del marketing urbano.
