Ejercicio integrador de dirección estratégica

Abstract

En la actualidad algunos especialistas definen la dirección estratégica como el proceso de formulación, ejecución y control de estrategias para cumplir los objetivos previstos. Por lo que partiendo de este concepto y por necesidades de la empresa ¨28 de Noviembre ¨ se solicitó la realización de este trabajo donde se realizó un profundo análisis del micro y macro entorno en el que se desenvuelve la organización, permitiendo trazar estrategias encaminadas a eliminar los problemas detectados, así como orientar a la organización sobre las acciones que se deben tomar para contribuir a una mejora continua en su desempeño.
