Diagnóstico del sistema de control interno en la empresa de productos lácteos Escambray

Abstract

El presente trabajo, Diagnóstico del sistema de Control interno en la Empresa Productos Lácteos Escambray tiene como objetivo diagnosticar el Sistema de Control Interno con que cuenta la entidad, según la Resolución 297 del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios, en busca de tomar decisiones oportunas para optimizar los resultados empresariales. El problema de investigación ha sido planteado intentando contribuir a elevar la calidad del Sistema de Control Interno (SCI), el que no ha sido evaluado anteriormente, una vez obtenido los resultados del mismo demostrar que se hace necesario realizar el Rediseño del SCI. El aporte es fundamentalmente práctico ya que la implantación de este sistema integrador constituye un factor significativo y determinante para el desarrollo de la empresa, permitiendo detectar cualquier desviación respecto a los objetivos de rentabilidad establecidos y a su vez, hacer frente a la rápida evolución del entorno económico y competitivo. Los resultados alcanzados en este trabajo permiten poner al tanto a la entidad objeto de estudio de las debilidades así como de los aspectos positivos que presenta su Sistema de Control Interno
