Abstract

Se parte de un modelo didáctico con enfoque andragógico para desarrollar la comunicación organizacional, apoyados de un conjunto de habilidades rectoras necesarias (escuchar, observar, preguntar y expresar), que coadyuven al desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa (metacomunicación) en los decisores. Se reconoce la necesidad de una metodología altamente participativa apoyado en una didáctica que incluye procedimientos sistémicos de acción - reflexión. Este programa se aborda en cinco fases: la propedéutica, la de presentación, la de aprendizaje, la de evaluación/retroalimentación y la complementaria.
