Abstract

El mundo empresarial es cada vez más complejo y dinámico, las empresas tienen que crear herramientas que le permitan adaptarse a las condiciones cada vez más cambiantes de su entorno. Una de las formas que tienen las empresas para acoplarse a las realidades de su ambiente es a través de las técnicas de gestión de procesos. Una de las tendencias de gestión más modernas es la gestión estratégica empresarial, en su lógica de planear, implementar, controlar y mejorar.
