Abstract

El entorno contemporáneo, cada vez más complejo y dinámico impone a las organizaciones la necesidad de adaptación al mismo para subsistir y desarrollarse por tanto se hace cada vez más necesario la aplicación de herramientas y métodos que favorezcan ese reto. Desde los primeros años de la década del 90 del siglo pasado nuestro país se ha empeñado en la aplicación de nuevas técnicas y métodos de dirección dentro de los cuales la Planeación Estratégica juaga un papel muy importante. El trabajo tiene como objetivo Perfeccionar el proceso de diseño de la Planeación Estratégica mediante su sistematización y mejora continua, analizando su evolución y principales experiencias con un enfoque sistémico. Los resultados mostrados en el presente trabajo se deben al fruto de diversas investigaciones desarrolladas en diferentes momentos en entidades de diversos sectores de la provincia.
