Abstract

La administración financiera a corto plazo o gestión financiera operativa se resume en la administración del efectivo, en él se convierten todas las cuentas corrientes, involucra el cobro y desembolso eficiente del efectivo y su inversión temporal mientras este se encuentra dentro de la empresa. El presupuesto de efectivo, indica que cantidad de efectivo es necesario tener, cuando y durante cuánto tiempo, es decir sirve como base para la planeación y el control del efectivo, además de este presupuesto la empresa necesita información sistemática sobre el efectivo.
