Fundamentación Teórica Sobre El Proceso Del Crédito Bancario A Usufructuarios De Tierras En Bandec Las Tunas

Abstract

El proceso de financiamiento mediante el crédito bancario a usufructuarios de tierras ociosas es esencial, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de producir alimentos y sustituir importaciones que presenta el país, mediante la óptima utilización de los recursos financieros , logrando que estos se reviertan en el aumento de las producciones y a su vez sean devueltos al Banco. En el banco de Crédito y Comercio se evidenció que existían insuficiencias en el proceso de financiamiento para este segmento, demostrándose que a pesar de que la Instrucción 39/2006 del Banco Central de Cuba regula el Manual de Instrucciones y Procedimientos (MIP) establecido para el proceso del crédito en sus diferentes etapas, no son suficientes las acciones para lograr una debida recuperación del crédito, no existiendo una adecuación a las características especiales de los usufructuarios de tierras ociosas (personas naturales).
