El Clima Organizacional De Una Empresa Comercial De La Zona Centro De Tamaulipas, México: Caso Multi
Abstract
Se presenta una investigación, en donde se analizan las características del clima organizacional de una empresa mediana del sector comercial de la zona centro de Tamaulipas, México. Para la ejecución del estudio se lleva a cabo una investigación cuantitativa, se aplica un cuestionario adaptado del instrumento de Litwin y Stringer para medir el fenómeno en cuestión. Con los resultados de este análisis se pretende diagnosticar el ambiente laboral de la unidad de análisis MULTI, empresa ubicada en Tamaulipas, en la región noreste de México, a fin de proponer mejoras a la organización y ayudar a esta empresa a mejorar su productividad y competitividad, por medio de la gestión del capital humano en una variable que puede incidir de manera importante en el desempeño organizacional, que es el clima o ambiente laboral.Download Info
