Abstract

El pueblo guiado por la necesidad de luchar por una nueva forma de organización social que elimine la pobreza, el atraso y toda forma de opresión e injusticia cuando no tiene una dirección la inventa y crea con el fin de que la organice, oriente y conduzca en su contienda por alcanzar mejores condiciones de vida; fortalecer la soberanía del Estado, la integración y la unidad de La Nación por medio de la industrialización de los recursos naturales. Tiene como fuerza de empuje indeclinable a los sindicatos, estudiantes, curas y militares revolucionarios; movimientos obreros, intelectuales progresistas; partidos antiimperialistas, anticapitalistas y a la población en general.
