Abstract

La modernización de las Empresas implica una serie de cambios importantes en la definición de su misión, visión, valores y objetivos. Entre los aspectos más destacables de este nuevo enfoque se incluyen la mejora continua, la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos, la preservación del medio ambiente y la protección al trabajador.
