Abstract

El presente Trabajo Investigativo se realizó en la Empresa ABC. Se hizo un estudio del Sistema de Gestión Empresarial, haciendo hincapié en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Se comprobó que no está implementado el mismo, que no se aplican las normas ISO 9000 de Calidad, lo que dificulta el buen funcionamiento y desarrollo de la Gestión Empresarial de la Corporación.
