Relación De Poder: Dispositivos De Subordinación

Abstract

En las organizaciones del sistema mundial en el capitalismo se dan relaciones de poder por la vía formal, los migrantes laborales ocupan una posición generalmente subordinada, perciben en esas relaciones las exigencias y coacciones: Tanto en el discurso del orden en la racionalidad de la organización, las viven en las formas de supervisión, en la representación los trabajadores se valoran por el trabajo y termina en explorar ¿Cómo la razón instrumental se encarna en la disciplina del habitus de los trabajadores?.
