Abstract

La gestión del conocimiento tiene significativa importancia para la Unidad Presupuestada de Villa Clara, Emisora Provincial de Radio CMHW. Es por esto que se ha diseñado un modelo de gestión del conocimiento para la misma, el cual servirá de base para incrementar el nivel de información general de los miembros de la organización y para elevar la calidad del producto radial.
