Abstract

La ley del desarrollo desigual y combinado se expresa en la conciencia y las formas de organización social, política y económica que alcanzaron los pueblos en su desarrollo por medio de su participación movilizada y el uso de la presión social, permanentemente manifestada en la lucha por el poder, con la finalidad de constituirse en Estados y naciones soberanas, dotadas de autodeterminación e independencia, sustentados en un desarrollo económico e industrial diversificado dirigido a consolidar y potenciar sus Naciones y nacionalidades razón por la que los procesos de las revoluciones nacionales, tienen sus características propias y son distintos en cada Estado.
