Procedimientos Para La Planeación Económica En El Centro Universitario De Las Tunas

Abstract

El Proceso de Planificación en una Universidad es de vital importancia para el logro de sus objetivos y para garantizar el desarrollo de los procesos sustantivos que en ella se ejecutan. El Centro Universitario de Las Tunas aplica la Planeación Estratégica como instrumento para la guía y la proyección de su trabajo a corto y mediano plazos. La Planificación Económica forma parte indisoluble de la Planeación Estratégica, en tanto que las metas para el mejoramiento, desarrollo o perfeccionamiento que se plasman en objetivos, conllevan un determinado gasto material y financiero. En los procesos de aproximación y determinación de los Objetivos Estratégicos, la Planificación Económica debe poner en manos de la Dirección de la Organización el diagnóstico, balances y necesidades de los principales recursos materiales y financieros a fin de coadyuvar a la toma de las decisiones estratégicas más convenientes.
