Abstract

Sin lugar a duda, el Ayuntamiento es el nivel de gobierno con menores recursos financieros de entre los tres existentes en la República mexicana. De acuerdo con el Informe de Gobierno para el Estado de Puebla del año 2007, del total de inversiones públicas en el Estado de Puebla en ese año, el 1.9% fue aplicado por los gobiernos municipales.
