Abstract

En el marco del análisis “COLOMBIA 1927-2006-2036” que Raddar ha venido desarrollando en los últimos años, con el fin de hacer un modelo de prospectiva sobre Colombia para las personas que nacen el primer año del segundo gobierno de Álvaro Uribe, se ha desarrollado un capítulo referido exclusivamente sobre las dinámicas del comercio exterior (Exportaciones (X) – Importaciones (M)) con el fin de establecer las futuras demandas portuarias, y específicamente del puerto de Buenaventura y el proyecto de Bahía Málaga.
