Instrumento para el Diagnóstico de la Demanda en Grupos de Productos Artesanales del Fondo de Bienes Culturales: filial Villa Clara

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad diseñar un instrumento para el diagnóstico de la demanda para diferentes grupos de productos artesanales del Fondo de Bienes Culturales (FBC) de Villa Clara, con vistas a conocer la demanda de dichos productos que oferta la entidad. A través del método analítico sintético se estudia el aparato conceptual vinculado con los aspectos teóricos del marketing, sistema de información del marketing (SIM), sistema de investigación de mercado e investigación de demanda. La información se obtuvo a partir de la utilización del análisis documental y de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos de investigación empírica. Dentro de los cualitativos se utiliza la observación, la entrevista a profundidad y el criterio de expertos. Entre los cuantitativos, se trabaja con un cuestionario, soporte del instrumento propuesto. La tabulación se realiza en EXCEL y el procesamiento estadístico se lleva a cabo utilizando el paquete estadístico SPSS v.11
