Estudio De La Demanda De Productos Informáticos De Copextel, En El Polo Turístico De La Cayería Norte De Villa Clara

Abstract

El punto de partida de este estudio es la definición del marketing y de su sistema de información, continuando con elementos esenciales relacionados con la investigación de mercados especificando para el caso de la demanda, pues este estudio constituye una investigación en este campo. Se hace referencia a la Corporación Copextel S.A, caracterizando la División Territorial Villa Clara enfatizando en su Gerencia Mundo Ofimático encargada de la comercialización de productos informáticos. Se desarrolla una investigación de mercado, para determinar la demanda de estos productos por las empresas de la cayería norte; que permita detectar nuevas oportunidades de ventas, para lo cual se lleva a cabo una investigación cualitativa (observación, entrevista a profundidad, dinámicas de grupo y el criterio de los expertos) y cuantitativa (la aplicación del cuestionario soporte del estudio de la demanda) se realiza mediante encuestas personales, utilizándose el muestreo intencional. Los datos obtenidos se procesan con el paquete estadístico SPSS v. 13.
