Abstract

La presente ponencia recoge los aspectos más relevantes sobre la conformación de asociaciones de productores, en este caso de panela, de manera participativa. Se identifica la problemática del grupo de productores, en este caso la falta de organización, por lo cual se aplican algunas herramientas participativas para afirmas las ventajas de crear la organización.
