Una Mirada A La Economía Familiar Y A Su Gasto En Alimentos

Abstract

La presente investigación representa el informe de investigación de un estudio de campo realizado por la docente y los alumnos de la materia de economía y política alimentaria, de tal manera que incorpora un acercamiento descriptivo a la distribución del ingreso familiar de algunas células de la sociedad y su consumo en la canasta básica, enfocado a los alimentos. Se muestra la realidad de algunas familias del estado de Jalisco y de Michoacán, pretendiendo establecer una relación de los conocimientos teóricos de la materia y su aplicación en la cotidianeidad, acercándose a realizar un estudio económico de la población a la que se pertenece. Se da cuenta de que en la actualidad las familias gastan más del cincuenta por ciento de los ingresos que percibe en el consumo de alimentos de la canasta básica, no obstante algunos de estos bienes alimenticios se obtienen en crédito o por otros medios como donaciones o huertos.
