La producción agrícola orgánica en el Soconusco, Chiapas

Abstract

En el presente texto se hace una breve descripción de la producción orgánica de la región del Soconusco, región que según diversas fuentes es la cuna de la agricultura orgánica actual, en Chiapas y México. Contextuando dicha actividad en el ámbito mundial, nacional y estatal, con el fin de aproximarse críticamente a su importancia.
