Abstract

This investigative work was carried out in the Cattle Company Sancti Spíritus belonging to the municipality and county of the same name in him center of island of Cuba and he/she has had as purpose to study and to analyze the organization and use of the work force and the factors that influence in its variation, as well as to measure its efficiency by the light of the transformation process that is carried out at the present time in the Ministry of the Agriculture. One of the challenges that has to face the cattle companies in Cuba and in particular in Sancti Spiritus's county it is to break up with old work outlines, looking for to optimize the limited resources, in particular the work force. It is for it that is necessary an analysis procedure that allows measuring the effects that he/she has the fluctuation of the work force and the use of the Labour Day to settle down.
