Abstract

La producción de café en Cuba, constituyó, uno de los reglones dentro de la agricultura cubana de gran importancia tanto para el desarrollo económico del país como para su desarrollo sociocultural; gracias a este producto, y al desarrollo de la industria azucarera, el país fue el destino de diferentes migraciones de haitianos, franceses, antillanos, españoles que poco a poco ayudaron a conformar una mezcla de étneas que se asentaría muy bien en la isla y marcaría profundamente en la cultura cubana.
