Repercusión De La Actividad Agraria En La Protección Del Medio Ambiente

Abstract

En este trabajo se aborda la relación existente entre el Derecho Agrario y el Derecho Ambiental, teniendo en cuenta la significativa transformación que han experimentado las cuestiones agrarias y ambientales al convertirse en una gran preocupación de todos los Estados. Trazándonos como objetivo demostrar la necesidad del cumplimiento de las regulaciones que se establecen en las actividades agrarias para proteger el medio ambiente. Dado que existen diferentes problemas ambientales que se ponen de manifiesto en el desarrollo de las actividades agrarias, por lo que resulta necesario la debida regulación y cumplimiento de las cuestiones referentes a estas materias. Además, se enfatiza en algunas sustancias que provocan efectos adversos al hombre y al medio ambiente, específicamente los plaguicidas, haciéndose referencia al derecho comparado donde se han llevado a cabo estudios científicos al respecto. Por último, se hace alusión a la agricultura biológica como alternativa aceptada en varios países por sus excelentes resultados.
