Abstract

Se hace un repaso de la situación coyuntural en el sector energía en Perú , luego se presenta los elementos de estrategia y ejes de política para la formulación de la política energética del país para el largo plazo compatible con el desarrollo sostenible ; finalmente , un planteamiento para el inicio del cambio de la actual matriz energética .
