Abstract

En los últimos años se ha producido un indudable incremento de la oferta turística en todos los ámbitos, que ha posibilitado la aparición de nuevos productos turísticos y la conversión de recursos territoriales y patrimoniales en importantes elementos puestos en valor al servicio del consumidor. En este sentido, tomando en consideración la gran cantidad de segmentos de turistas diversos que es posible encontrar en un mercado, los espacios naturales protegidos se han convertido en verdaderos elementos diferenciadores de una oferta turística de calidad, que cumple de forma estricta con los criterios de sostenibilidad más exigentes. El presente trabajo aborda la construcción y validación de un cuestionario orientado a captar la forma y el grado de imbricación de la variable medioambiental en la gestión empresarial del sector en el turismo rural de la comunidad autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha.
