Abstract

El presente trabajo pone de manifiesto algunos de los principales lineamientos de la trayectoria de internacionalización del capital latinoamericano en las décadas de 1990 y 2000 a través de crecientes emisiones de IED. Se propone la identificación de la expansión de las ETs latinoamericanas en las últimas dos décadas como movimiento de adecuación del capital de la región a las directrices de la fase mundializada del capitalismo. En base a ello, se pondrá atención en el carácter desigual de ese movimiento en función de los orígenes nacionales y las características de las unidades de capital latinoamericano internacionalizado
