Evaluación de la eficacia del sistema logístico empresarial

Abstract

En la actualidad el sistema logístico empresarial se vislumbra bajo diferentes parámetros, entre los que se destaca la eficacia, en la cual se trata de conseguir que el producto o servicio prestado esté disponible cuando se necesite, con la calidad adecuada, la cantidad necesaria y en el plazo oportuno. Por lo tanto, el objetivo del presente artículo es enumerar los principales elementos que se tienen en cuenta para la evaluación de la eficacia del sistema logístico empresarial. Para el cumplimiento del mismo fue necesario apoyarse en la experiencia de los autores en cuanto al tratamiento científico del tema abordado, así como en la revisión de la bibliografía de diferentes autores.
