Abstract

Las organizaciones se desenvuelven en entornos cambiantes y los directivos necesitan utilizar instrumentos para poder verificar y controlar el desempeño de las mismas. El control tradicional se adapta mal a un entorno así, porque la información que produce es a menudo desfasada e imprecisa para usarla en el proceso de toma de decisiones. El objetivo está dado en implementar un Sistema de Control de Gestión sustentado en el Cuadro de Mando Integral, que permita la implantación y control de la estrategia con una adecuada derivación de los objetivos hasta la definición del sistema de indicadores con enfoque proactivo y con un mayor grado de participación de todos los involucrados para su integración en la toma de decisiones
