Concepción desarrolladora del proceso de superación profesional del docente

Abstract

La armonización de las influencias formativas adquiere mayor relevancia, al considerar que el proceso formativo del profesional de la educación tiene un carácter desarrollador. En este sentido el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un estudio sobre la superación profesional, al tomar como sustento la concepción desarrolladora que entraña este proceso. Con el estudio teórico realizado se sistematizan criterios de varios autores en relación a los propósitos de la superación y el papel de los docentes en este proceso. Se concibe la superación profesional sobre la base de su carácter desarrollador, a partir de favorecer el crecimiento profesional y humano de los docentes en el contexto del entorno social donde se desenvuelve.
