Abstract

Los servicios de de atención a los usuarios de la Universidad Bolivariana de Maturín, estado Monagas están regidos por normas y pautas internacionales, entre ellas 'Normas y directrices para bibliotecas universitarias y científicas, elaboradas por REBIUN, Normas para Bibliotecas Universitarias: evaluación de la eficacia, entre otras, donde se garantiza a todos los usuarios que asisten a la Biblioteca la atención oportuna y calidad de la información que permitan la satisfacción del usuario.
