La implementación de las TIC, en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje en el área de histórico-social, en el nivel medio superior

Abstract

Valdés (1997) señala que, Marzo de 1962, Ernesto Che Guevara planteó, un párrafo celebre: "El mundo camina hacia la era electrónica, todo indica que esta ciencia se constituirá en algo así como una medida del desarrollo; quien la domine será un país de vanguardia". Por tal párrafo es importante recalcar que el nivel medio superior, está pasando por una etapa de actualización en todos los ámbitos, ya que no puede quedarse al margen de los cambios nacionales y mundiales (globalización) y es necesario buscar alcanzar la meta y la visión que se ha establecido, entre los puntos que se manejan como son: la Reforma Educativa, la mantención y permanencia de la Certificación de Bachillerato, además de los planes de estudio del nivel Medio Superior basados en competencias, y sobre todo elevar la calidad educativa todo sería, con el uso del equipo de cómputo.
