La orientación a la familia de escolares que estudian en las escuelas pedagógicas

Abstract

El perfeccionamiento continuo del Sistema Nacional de Educación contempla la formación de una nueva generación política e ideológicamente desarrollada, en correspondencia con los principios marxistas - leninistas y martianos que aspiramos formar en este siglo XXI. La formación del personal docente en Cuba ha estado centrada en las ideas pedagógicas que legaron los padres fundadores de la Pedagogía, cuyo análisis se ha fundamentado en el pensamiento pedagógico de nuestro Comandante en Jefe. Un reto para la pedagogía contemporánea es la búsqueda y puesta en práctica de nuevos enfoques para incentivar la motivación profesional hacia las carreras pedagógicas y así potenciar la formación de un profesional con un alto compromiso con su profesión.
