Estrategia para potenciar el desarrollo del talento en los escolares de la educación primaria

Abstract

El desarrollo del talento en el mundo es una polémica que cobra auge en la actualidad. Cuba, país en vía de desarrollo brinda a este tema especial atención. Por su importancia y novedad, la presente investigación se centra en cómo potenciar el desarrollo del talento en la Educación Primaria. Con un enfoque histórico cultural la estrategia propuesta como vía de solución a esta problemática, pretende estimular el desarrollo del talento teniendo en cuenta el principio pedagógico de unidad entre lo cognitivo y lo afectivo, la igualdad de oportunidades y las potencialidades del aprendizaje grupal. De este modo se pone en manos del docente una herramienta que permite partiendo de las potencialidades de los escolares desarrollar el talento. La aplicación de la estrategia propuesta, posibilitó teniendo en cuenta las potencialidades grupales e individuales potenciar el desarrollo del talento garantizando un adecuado equilibrio entre lo cognitivo y lo afectivo.
